If rain is forecast during your hire time, you may change your hire date to another available date. Your payment will be transferred to the new booking. No refunds will be given.
Inflatables must be properly tethered using the supplied stakes for the entire hire period. If high winds are forecast, Bounce Taupō may cancel the booking for safety. You may rebook for another available date. No refunds will be given.
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. Please follow all installation, usage, and liability instructions.
