Helpful answers before you make your booking.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular castles can book out 3-4 weeks ahead during peak season.

If the weather forecast looks poor, we will contact you to discuss options. Please also read our Bad Weather Policy for the full rebooking terms.

Yes. We offer delivery options including full set-up and collection, or you can pick up and set up yourself to save money.

Grass is preferred. Concrete or asphalt may be possible with special precautions, so please mention the surface when booking.

We accept card payments through Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip when enabled. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

You will need access to a standard power point within 30 metres. Contact us before booking if you need to discuss another arrangement.
