Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holiday periods. Popular castles like the Disco Dome and Frozen Bounce can book out 3-4 weeks ahead during peak season.

If the weather forecast looks poor, we'll contact you the day before to discuss options. We can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge. Some of our smaller castles can be set up indoors if you have suitable space.

Yes! We offer multiple delivery options. Our full "Drop Off & Pick Up" service includes delivery, set-up, and collection. If you prefer to save money, you can pick up and set up the castle yourself — we'll provide full instructions.

Our castles can be set up on grass (preferred), concrete, or asphalt. For hard surfaces, we use stakes or sandbags to secure the castle safely. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we can come prepared.

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash on the day of delivery. Full payment is required before or on the day of your booking. An invoice with payment details will be sent with your confirmation.

You'll need to provide access to a standard power point within 30 metres of the set-up area. If power isn't available, let us know — we can arrange a generator for an additional fee.
